Oswal Arts and Commerce College, Juna Deesa organized a program on 07/09/2019 to create awareness about Sexual Harassment among the girls of the College. Girls from the D J N Mehta High School also joined in the seminar along with the presence of School Principal Shree P V Mehta Sir.
As a special guest Professor Vandanaben Sisodiya – Principal DNP Arts and Commerce College was invited as a president of the program. She provided very helpful guidance to the students of the institute. She gave information about “Vishakha Guide lines” and “Abhayam Help line No. 181” . The program was represented through Power Point Presentation by her. Deep understanding of Sexual Harassment and steps to be taken against them were advised by Professor Vandana Sisodiya.
Professor Rashmin introduced “Udaan Nari Manch” established by Professor Vandana Sisodiya. Bhethadiya Jyoti a student from college presented poem on Woman empowerment. Program was represented by Professor Yogesh Trivedi.
